First, and most importantly, you got the confidence that you needed to break through to the next level of your cooking/business owner conflict. Well done, and I was incredibly happy to see that. Second, Cara got cut down a few slices, which she sorely needed. Her arrogance is in the way of her being a great chef. She’s got all the right ingredients, save for humility, which she was totally lacking, and got in spades on that episode. I’m very happy for both of you and certain that you’ll both progress to be outstanding chefs because of your participation (and the outcome) on the show.

It really was a pleasure to see someone with so much talent get recognized. Nice job, and the best of luck to you.
